EMERGENCY SPILLAGE RESPONSE UNIT

A fast response is essential when dealing with chemical leaks or spillages which threaten the general public or the environment.

To save time and ensure that all the necessary materials and equipment are available to control and remove pollutants, MTB has invested in an Emergency Spillage Reponse Unit. This can be used in the case of :-

Roadside spillages
Spillages in factories/industrial premises
Spillages near rivers or waterways.

Emergency Spillage Response Unit

The Unit provides the clean up team with immediate access to squeegees, soak-up granules, booms and waders as well as a full range of protective clothing.

All Hazardous waste will be transported to a Licensed disposal facility all in accordance with The Environmental Protections Act. (Duty of Care) and the Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005 using E.A. Consignment Notification Procedures.
